At Billie Frank The Label, we ensure the quality and satisfaction of our products. We offer refunds or exchanges only if a product is found to be faulty.
If you suspect your product is faulty, please contact us immediately at support@billiefrankthelabel.com.au report the issue and initiate the return process. All claims for faulty items must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.
Please note that return postage costs are not covered by Billie Frank The Label. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will then organize an exchange, store credit, or a refund of the full payment less shipping costs.
